Irving Street Condo: A very narrow and deep lot

We were given a difficult, narrow site (12’ x 100’) where the client wanted to build a new two-unit condo on a long-abandoned lot. We surprised him with a sophisticated circulation plan that allowed us to maximize the lot occupancy.
